“Ordered some One Piece starter decks back in March, I am still waiting for that order... I ordered when they were 10$ each, you all raised your price to 17$, didn't process my order but you all sold out those 17$ starter decks 😂😂😂. Hilarious, and you are telling me you didn't have stock when clearly just prioritizing those orders with higher price on the same items and was bought later than I did?”

“Difficult - usually my experience with Zatu has been very good - but on this occasion I was a little disappointed - ordered on Thursday - paid extra for next day delivery (it was to be a birthday present) -recieved confirmation that it would be delivered Friday - it wasn't - courier said that they hadn't received item - received order Sunday lunchtime (which turned out to be just in time) - so OK in the end (just) - but I paid for next day delivery and got 3-day delivery”
