“Order was placed smoothly. Determined that one product was out of stock, however, Kieran, over chat, was able to assist in processing refund. Package came to the US undamaged. My only complaint is that the card was charged prior to shipping, and determining if the product was actually in stock. Otherwise, a very positive experience.”

“Game was back ordered for >4 months, but we hung in there and they delivered. Customer Service is responsive to requests for status updates, but please be reasonable. Don't ask for updates every week for a back ordered product. Once per month would be better.”

“Ordered some One Piece starter decks back in March, I am still waiting for that order... I ordered when they were 10$ each, you all raised your price to 17$, didn't process my order but you all sold out those 17$ starter decks 😂😂😂. Hilarious, and you are telling me you didn't have stock when clearly just prioritizing those orders with higher price on the same items and was bought later than I did?”
