“I’ve been using Zatu for tcg’s and tabletop for a while. About a year or so. And I have found the more hard to find stuff with these guys, such as fallout wasteland warfare and factions, and Flesh and Blood TCG. Both of which are very hard for me to acquire locally where I live. These guys always seem to come in clutch. Postage and delivery is always reasonable AND quick. And always well packaged. The loyalty program is amazing and absolutely WILL save you a ton of money. And that’s on top of what is already very low prices already. Frankly, of the many retailers that have jumped on the modern geek and nerd culture uptake, Zatu is one of the very best IMHO.”

“Easy to search for required products on website and then place order. Goods arrived in good condition, free from damage, defect or missing items etc. The company are ISO certified so if I had a negative experience or complaint, they should have a process for investigating and making things right, which gives me confidence to buy with Zatu. If Zatu did not operate with integrity then I can contact their ISO certification body. The ISO certification gives me confidence that the Zatu processes will deliver positive outcomes.”

“Well priced and with prompt delivery and thoughtful packaging. Bought two very different and enjoyable games: Skyrise and That's Not a Hat. Helpful customer service advice too. Not quite the same as being able to go into a real shop but a big improvement over Αmazon.”

“A positive experience of a buyer from Malaysia. It's been a pleasant experience shopping at Zatu, I get notifications along the way, from order confirmation to sucessful delivery, gives me peace of mind that my order is progressing smoothly. Shipping fee to Malaysia is on the pricey side but still reasonable if you spread the shipping fee across several items. Delivery was faster than expected. Parcel is packed well and my board games arrived in good condition.”
