“Cards from one set were bent due to internal warping, Zatu refused to refund or replace as they do not consider it 'damage'.”

Hi Joseph, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, and I’m genuinely sorry to hear about the issue with the bent cards. We aim to ensure every product meets our quality standards, and we understand how disappointing it must be to receive something that doesn’t meet your expectations. Regarding our policy, we consider products that have slight imperfections during manufacturing as not qualifying for replacement or refund as damage. However, your feedback is important to us as we continuously strive to improve our services. If there's anything else you'd like to discuss or if you have further concerns, please feel free to reach out to our customer service team at team@zatu.co.uk with reference number 1960. Thank you for your understanding. Best wishes, Team Zatu Games
