“I am currently going through a long drawn out resolution with customer services who advised by order took 3 weeks to be delivered due to one item not in the the main warehouse and then when it arrived it was the wrong item. I had messaged numerous times and only received 1 response initially and it was only shipped after me chasing. So far the order issue hasnt been resolved and im still awaiting response from the store to address my delivery issue. This is a terrible experience so far.”

“Heck yeah! Ordered an item that I can't find here in the US (not out of print, just currently out of stock and I didn't want to wait). Saw it stocked at Zatu and I had to give it a try! Shipped promptly and since the order was international I appreciated the tracking. Products came packed with paper in a Zatu box, all in perfect condition! I'm so happy I ordered and will order from Zatu again if I can't find what I need here. Thanks!”

“Really glas I found out about Zatu as they offer a hige range of jigsaws at great prices. For my first order I ordered 3 jigsaws. The price was good - better than other outlets for each of the jigsaws ordered. The first 2 jigsaws arrived very quickly but there was a small delay with receipt of the third one - no big deal though.”
