“Ordered many times from Zatu in the past. This time I was christmas shopping, Battletech Miniatures, for my gaming group. The delivery was split so that at least some would arrive before the day but they pulled it out of the bag and delivered everything easily on time. The quality of the miniatures is great and the cost was a lot cheaper than like for like from Amazon (even with delivery). Can't praise Zatu enough, they remain my first place to look for my board games and minis. Also communication was spot on :)”

“The package arrived in a reasonable amount of time and the game was as described. My only disappointment is that it was shipped in a bag instead of a box, so the game box itself was smashed in on the corners during the shipping process.”

“Great customer service (via phone). I made a purchase 2 years ago that was "awaiting restock" and when I finally gave up the wait (I really wanted the item!), they didn't bat an eyelid when I asked for a credit to put towards another purchase. Wasn't expecting that without a fight! Well done customer Zatu suppport team.”

“I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Zatu Games. I placed my order on the 19th at around 16:30, and to my it arrived by Saturday well ahead of when I expected it (Monday at the earliest as Xmas week). The delivery was fast, reliable, and perfectly timed, especially since the item was a gift for my partner. Everything arrived in excellent condition and was ready to be wrapped straight away. The whole process felt smooth and efficient from start to finish. Exceptional service and delivery—Zatu has definitely earned my trust, and I’ll be ordering from them again”

“I ordered three little games just before Christmas, hoping they would come in time for the 29th. They came so quickly and I was pleased to see they were packaged in a box that fitted the three games nicely and not in an oversized box. Many thanks.”

“A VERY bad experience with Zatu. The store offers a 5% discount if you buy 5 items. I ordered 5 items costing over £115 in total and expected the £5.50 reduction but no reduction was given. I thought the discount might be offered near the end of the checkout process but could not be sure as a very large overlaid advert obscured almost the whole screen and this could not be removed. I reported the problems and there answer was basically 'tough'”

“Excellent! The range of games is exceptional; the prices are very competitive and they delivered exactly when I was expecting them to. My only slight issue is the search on their website could be improved. I am really happy I discovered Zatu, though and will be buying all of my games from here in the future.”
