“Purchasing and delivery was all great, however I am severely disappointed that the game was actually an expansion, not the original game itself. This was a gift for a friend who now needs to purchase the actual game separately. Nowhere on Zatu games does it state that this is an expansion. This is terribly misleading”

Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback, and we’re sorry to hear about the disappointment caused. We understand how frustrating this must have been, especially as the item was intended as a gift. The product in question is an expansion, and this should be indicated on the product page within the title and description provided by the publisher. Expansions require the base game to play, and we appreciate that this can be easily missed if you are not already familiar with the game series. We’re sorry if this was not clear enough at the time of purchase and we will certainly take your comments on board as feedback to review how this information is presented. If the item is unused, you are of course welcome to contact our team to discuss return options in line with our returns policy. If you would like any further assistance with your order, please get in touch with us at team@zatu.co.uk with reference number 9651 and a member of our team will be happy to help. Thank you, Team Zatu Games
