“This rating is related solely to their packaging. No matter how many times I kindly asked to have the games packed carefully, they just pack the orders in a thinish box and throw some brown paper on top. I received one game completely ripped, with a hole in the game box (the outside box doesn't need mentioning), and several other games have come with dings and dents as well (which I've never mentioned), including my latest order that has dings on all 4 corners! I've never left a review for this type of thing, but with so many orders I place regularly, the least they can do is secure the games, which are not cheap in the first place. I'm probably better off switching game providers at this point, and growing some patience to wait for the games elsewhere, where I know they're packed properly.”
