“Terrible customer service, doesn't bother to contact you unless you chase them. The whole "back order" promise is a scam that they never actually follow through on. Do not buy from this company, it is more trouble than it's worth. There are pleanty more retailers out there and this one doesn't deserve you patronage.”

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We’re genuinely sorry to hear that your experience with us did not meet your expectations. We understand how frustrating delays and a lack of timely communication can be, and we apologise if you felt you had to chase for updates. We aim to respond promptly to all enquiries, and we regret that this was not your experience on this occasion. Regarding backordered items, these products are listed as such in line with our Terms & Conditions and our FAQs, which explain that availability is dependent on supplier stock and estimated delivery times cannot always be guaranteed. While we make every effort to fulfil backorders as quickly as possible, delays can unfortunately occur when awaiting confirmation or delivery from manufacturers or distributors. We appreciate that this can be disappointing, particularly when expectations are not aligned. That said, we recognise that clearer and more proactive communication is essential, and your feedback highlights areas where we can improve — especially around keeping customers better informed throughout the backorder process. We would welcome the opportunity to review your specific order and address any outstanding concerns directly. Please contact our customer service team with your order number so we can assist further. Thank you again for your feedback; it helps us identify where we need to do better. Kind regards, Team Zatu Games
