“I ordered in Nov and have nothing to gift my wife and children on Christmas Day! I am beyond angry. They didn’t bother to ship my gift until Dec 12th. Thanks for ruining Christmas. They haven’t yet bothered to tr and make this right.”

We’re genuinely sorry for the frustration and disappointment caused by the delay, especially given how important this order was for Christmas gifts. We’d like to clarify that this was an international order to the US, and while the parcel was dispatched from us in December, it was unfortunately delayed in transit due to customs processing, which is outside of our direct control. We appreciate how upsetting this would have been, particularly during the Christmas period. We can confirm that the order has since been successfully delivered. That said, we fully understand that this does not change the disappointment of it not arriving in time, and we’re very sorry that this experience fell short of expectations.
