“Fast delivery. Website is great as gives a lot of further details to the games other than just the information on the box e.g. player interaction, replay ability, rules weight e.t.c”

“Amazing customer service. As an international customer, sometimes shipping is a hassle. I was informed about the status of the shipment the entire time it was in transit, and it arrived super fast. Will definitely be ordering again.”

“A good list of the assortment that is constantly updated. In cases where there is an expectation of a new product and you have a date, it would be great if when it changes, a notification was sent to people who have subscribed to this product.”

“I came across this website by accident and I couldn't be happier. I live in the USA but love all things British when it comes to games. I couldn't believe it when I found games that I've been trying to find forever. The prices are very reasonable and the postage was free, which is unheard of with the neverending escalation of shipping fees worldwide. I post things internationally all the time so I know. Unfortunately, the packing box was totally battered and damaged (smashed open on one corner) by the time it got here and I was so concerned that the contents would be damaged, but everything was in perfect condition. If I can make a couple of suggestions when you're shipping overseas: 1. Wrap the contents together in plastic or the bubble wrap/air pillows that you use to fill the space inside the box and tape them together. 2. Use a box that fits the contents more securely or add air pillows/bubble wrap/shredded paper to tightly fit the box. I've learned a lot about secure overseas packaging over the years and the best ways to secure packages so there's less risk of contents damage. Thanks so much”

“Easily the most reasonable price I've found for the games I've looked up (including some I had just bought off Amazon and in person, which I regret not buying off here and would have if I had come across this gem of a site first). Delivery was quick and went down in the expected timeframe (note that the wait time included New Year day). Game was well packaged and arrived in excellent condition. No notes.”

“I've been using Zatu for the last 5 to 6 years and purchase 90% of my board games through them. My games have always been shipped fast and arrived in great condition. The packaging is always of a good standard and has kept all of my game boxes free from damage. I've found the website easy to use, i like to use the wishlist to find the games i'm looking for and check the prices. They have a handy price drop or increase function when adding to the wishlist so i know when i'm getting a good deal. I've recommended Zatu to all my friends and family for their purchases too.”
