“Bought a playmat on the 09/06/2025. Still no updates or an estimate date delivery (despite money taken promptly). Whenever I want an update it needs to be me to ask for one, and the reply is always no eta. I wonder until when they will continue to state they are still hoping to fulfill the purchase. I don’t think I will buy from them any time soon.”

We understand how frustrating it is to be waiting for a preordered item without a confirmed delivery date, particularly when payment has already been taken. Unfortunately, updates for preorders are dependent on information provided by the supplier, and we’re not always able to give direct updates to individual customers. Any confirmed information we receive is shared on the product page as soon as it becomes available, which is why we always recommend checking there for the latest updates. In this case, the Final Fantasy X MTG product line was severely underproduced, which has affected availability for retailers globally, not just ourselves. This has meant that suppliers have been unable to provide reliable ETAs, despite ongoing efforts to secure stock.
