In cases where an incorrect item is reported, we do need to verify the issue before we can arrange a resolution. To do this, we requested photographs of the item received so that we can confirm the discrepancy and ensure the correct action is taken. As the request for images has been refused, we are unable to verify what was received and therefore cannot proceed with issuing a prepaid returns label or arranging a replacement.
