“Poor arrangement and poor customer service. I have order from Zatu Game in 6- Oct. However, my order do not ship on time without any contact. After months of contact, only 1 out of 5 item shipped and it made the shipping cost over my product itself.”

After you contacted us, we discussed the items that were delaying your order and, at your request, these were cancelled so that the remaining item could be dispatched. We also refunded the difference in the shipping cost to reflect this change. As your order was being shipped internationally, the remaining shipping charge was still required, as international delivery costs apply regardless of the cost of the items in a parcel. We appreciate that receiving only part of an order after such a long wait is disappointing, and we’re sorry that this situation did not meet your expectations.
