Item ordered was in stock but they allocated it to someone else. No notification either. I don’t usually complain but this is amateurish in the days of the internet and is unacceptable. Will be using a more reliable store like Boardgameguru or magic madhouse in future.

Unfortunately, there was a rare error on your order which lead to it being stuck on the back end of our website, without pulling through to our main system. This error is incredibly hard to spot, so we appreciate you bringing it to our attention so we can reach a resolution quickly for you. As you order was not processed correctly on our system, the item was not assigned to your order and unfortunately went out of stock before it was allocated to your order. We did attempt to restock this from our suppliers, but we were unable to do so in good time for yourself. Still waiting for my game to be dispatched, 5 days after placing the order, despite the website stating my game is in stock. I feel very let down by Zatu Games. Email contact direct doesn't seem to have made any difference either.

You sent me the wrong game. I order Five Tribes Artisans on Naqulal and send me Domini Queen. There is little chance of getting a replacement as I order it though Amazon and no they are out of stock

Hello Stephen, I’m sorry you were sent the wrong item in this circumstance. This was due to an Amazon error whereby the stock and the product were incorrectly linked to each other, which resulted in the order you placed automatically processing as a different item. Whilst we know this has not resulted in the item you desired, our customer service team have arranged a collection at no expense to yourself for the return of the item.
