“A good price, but terrible communication. When the pre-order product was repeatedly delayed (not fault of Zatu, all the fault of the publisher) I never had a single email from Zatu to explain or keep me informed; the only way I could find out when to expect it was by going back to the website to check the new release date. Very poor communication indeed, how hard would it have been to send an email saying "sorry, the publisher has delayed your pre-order for reasons out of our control, the new release date is X"? This is basic customer service. Even worse, the delays meant that two pre-order items that originally had different expected dates both actually arrived at the same time, which meant I paid twice as much postage as I needed to - they could have been sent together. Again, basic customer service.”

“Rude customer service after i messaged about an order when they didn't bother to update me that it had been delayed as stock was kept at a seperate site and delivery would be delayed past the dates iringally given. Order arrived a week after original dates, and was crushed and barely usable. Shame as they had previously been my go to for board games.”

“I ordered six Wasgij puzzles from Florida. They quickly arrived in excellent condition from the UK. The prices were great, but shipping seemed a little exorbitant; all six puzzles in a simple cardboard box with minimal donnage. Maybe it was due to overseas shipping costs. Haven't decided if I'll order again because of the shipping costs.”
