“I have placed a few international orders now with Zatu and I must say I always end up disappointed with processing and shipping times. There seems to be a delay every time, either with dispatching the order or delivery, and I have never received a parcel within their estimates, it’s always late. Their support team also takes days to reply to emails (chat is fast and they have been very helpful). I imagine it works much better within the UK, but internationally it’s a bit frustrating. Products are great though and always as described, no issue there.”

Hi there, Thank you for your review. We're sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied with your experience. However, after reviewing our records, we can see that the review was posted on 14/06/26 and the first email we received regarding this issue was also sent on 14/06/26. As such, we have no record of an email being sent a week prior reporting that the item had not been received. We can also see from the tracking information provided by USPS that the parcel was marked as delivered to a parcel locker. In situations where a parcel is shown as delivered but cannot be located, our team would be happy to investigate this further with the courier.
