“Prices appear to be very competative and delivery is fast when games are available. However I have been waiting what is now a long time for one particular game to become available. Despite good outer packaging, a box of the game itself did suffer some compression damage during transit.”

“They didn't help me with a shipping issue, even if I requested help right after I made the order. The package is since then blocked at the UK shipping facility, no idea if I'll ever get that.”

Having investigated this further for you, we can confirm that your order was dispatched to Italy on 07/09/2025, and updated tracking suggests that this is at your destination country's customs as of today (18/09/2025) and is awaiting clearance. We have tried to look for any previous contact from yourself, and we have been unable to locate this via our customer service inbox, live chat function, or any record of a call. It is worth noting, international shipping can unfortunately take some time to update once it is leaving the UK or as it is being cleared at customs; this is unfortunately, outside of our control, and is a requirement for any and all international deliveries. “Just picked up not one, but TWO expansions for Ahoy from Zatu Games and honestly, I feel like a pirate who’s just stumbled across buried treasure! 🏴‍☠️ Ordering was super smooth, delivery was fast (faster than a schooner catching the wind), and everything arrived in perfect condition. Zatu always seems to have the best deals, and I love how easy it is to find even the more niche titles and expansions. As for the expansions themselves… well, let’s say my game nights are about to become even more chaotic on the high seas. If you’re into board games, Zatu is 100% the place to stock up your collection, whether you’re chasing the latest releases or hunting for hidden gems. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five stars from this very happy sailor!”

“Excellent customer service, I managed to source a hard to come by game for one of our Directors at my place of work. I placed the order on a Wednesday and it arrived 2 days later, quick delivery. Needless to say I have one happy Director! I contacted the customer service for a VAT invoice and received it without any fuss within the hour - if only all companies were like that! Definitely a 5 star review from me.”
