“I haven't received my package after 10 days. I know it could be DPD's fault, but that's not true. Because I'm getting information that it will be delivered today, yes, but in the UK, and I live in Poland. You are not even able to reliably check the correctness of the address and the customer, and thus whether the customer received the package. I am disappointed.”

A week later, I emailed them and they told me they didn't have one of the items in stock. Then I waited for several months, until I gave up and removed that item from the order.”

I do wish that they would provide a bit more of an update when you are waiting on back order or new stock, just some indication on the website would be really great.
