“You guys & Royal Mail totally rock! The United States Postal Service, on the other hand, totally sucks! My package cleared U.S. Customs on Monday, July 21. There has been no update on my package since then. I have no clue where it is or when I'll receive it... if at all. So 5 stars for Zatu Games & Royal Mail. Zero stars for the United States Postal Service.”

“Zatu always deliver quickly and have great prices - often cheaper than the main competitors. They are great for Modiphius products, because you can buy physical books at cheaper prices then get a free pdf of your purchase from Modiphius (email their support email address with proof of purchase).”

“The Metal Earth producs are great but it took twice the amount of time that was agreed upon when I purchased the kits for them to actually arrive. I was told that there were issues within the warhouse and that you had to go to a secondary warhouse to get the products. The team was very nice and cordial during the three time I needed to contact you asking where the kits were. It is a shame because, according to your web page you are the largest supplier in the UK for Metal Earth products. At this time the jury is still out as to whether I come back to Zatu Games for any further products.”
