“I’ve used Zatu Games many times and always had a great experience. They have a fantastic selection of games at great prices, and delivery is always prompt and well packaged. As someone who can sometimes feel uncomfortable or overwhelmed in games shops, and who’s lived in areas with very few in-person options, I really appreciate being able to browse and buy online from an independent retailer. It makes the whole process much more enjoyable and accessible. I also love the multipurchase discounts and Victory Points system — I’ve made use of both, and it’s actually really nice to feel rewarded for buying something that already brings me joy. It’s a small thing, but it makes a big difference. One thing I’d love to see in the future is an option for discreet packaging — I often buy gifts for my partner, and the branded boxes can give the surprise away! Finally, I really value being able to have big, heavy board games delivered. As a non-driver, getting to a shop can mean juggling multiple buses or trains, which makes larger purchases (like Frosthaven — that’s a 16kg box!) pretty daunting. Being able to order from home and have everything arrive safely is a huge bonus. Highly recommended.”

“I haven't received my package after 10 days. I know it could be DPD's fault, but that's not true. Because I'm getting information that it will be delivered today, yes, but in the UK, and I live in Poland. You are not even able to reliably check the correctness of the address and the customer, and thus whether the customer received the package. I am disappointed.”

“I was looking for a paticular Tmnt figure for my grandson but everywhere was out of stock. When I saw Zatu Games had one in stock I did the usual checks before committing to purchase from new supplier. Everything checked out and the order was simple and went well.
