“I have ordered from Zatu since I first got into board gaming in 2019. A very trustworthy seller and deliverer. Often matching or beating prices elsewhere and has also often has discounts too! Having met Zatu staff at conferences too I appreciate their game knowledge and care.”

Hi there, Thank you for your review. We’re sorry to hear that you’ve experienced an issue with your delivery and we understand how frustrating this can be. Our records indicate that this was ordered on 04/11/2025 and dispatched on 05/11/2025, and marked as delivered on 06/11/2025. According to the courier, your parcel is marked as delivered, which means we do need to open a full investigation before we can issue any refund or replacement. This process is required so we can substantiate any claims where the delivery is disputed. We want to assure you that we were not trying to dismiss your concerns, and we are always willing to help resolve situations like this. While investigations can take some time dependant upon the courier, we aim to conclude them as quickly as possible. Thank you, Team Zatu Games

“I haven't removed the game from your box as yet so cannot comment yet on the quality of what is inside. However delivery was very prompt. One small thing tho, it is a present for Christmas and the person the present is for took in the delivery that has ZATU GAMES all over the box, so altho he doesn't know what game, he knows it is a game. That's my only gripe. But like I say, I've not checked the contents yet”
