“I ordered an expansion pack to a game. I live in Canada, after a while I started thinking I should have already received that package so I checked tracking and it said it had been in England the day before and ALSO delivered to my address in Canada. I hadn’t received the package yet, so reached out to Zatu with a message three days ago. Just got an email to review the item I haven’t received at about the same time as I received a text that says I will be receiving a refund. Where is the communication as to what is going on and what happened?? Very poor customer service and communication.”

Due to recent postal delays and strike-related disruptions in Canada, we’ve unfortunately seen a number of international orders returned to us unexpectedly. In your case, it appears your package was one of those affected and was returned to our warehouse.
