“I was lured in by an ad that said overnight delivery if I ordered within x amount of time. All be it I’m in the U.s. and this is apparently a G.B. Based company. I have watched my package (which was then predicted july3-6 delivery) for over a week get mailed around the u.s. since. First it landed in Compton, then it went to Las Vegas, now it’s in Texas and its final destination is Colorado. Absolutely do not tell me a delivery date when it is nowhere close to accurate.”

The estimated dates we provide at checkout are based on the average delivery times across all of our customer orders, but they are unfortunately only estimates. When something is dispatched internationally, it can sometimes face delays that are outside of our control as it moves through customs It does sound like this experienced quite a few more delays after leaving customs however! We recommend customs get in touch with us if they face any delays with their delivery, as we can raise investigations with our couriers which often get things moving pretty quickly! “My order had missing items, but Zatu claimed it was an error in their listing, so wouldn't fulfill the order I paid for. Worse still, that same listing is still up on their website, showing the same misinformation that fooled me. I also had to chase up on a second delivery they had forgot to send out. I do not recommend buying from this company, and me and my gaming group will be ordering elsewhere going forward.”
