“Great seller over all, huge stock of games at great prices. Few things I like less: - Usually pretty slow dispatch. Not a big deal though, hard to be in a hurry with games. - Extremely slow website. Functional, but not great. - I really don’t like the flashy packaging. Although it looks great, excellent quality, I would switch that to something basic and neutral. I had packages stolen from Zatu delivered to the building, and just left in the hallway before. Especially with kids around in the building, just asking for trouble. I just don’t feel like I can order from here anymore with postal service, especially with missing packages complaints not addressed. Especially because of package theft, I like the multiple options of delivery with set timeframes, and I don’t mind paying extra for it. It would also be nice to have a signed for delivery option, which I also wouldn’t mind paying extra for with higher value orders. Yodel deliveries ended up being the best so far. Over all, as long as they keep supporting safer delivery options, will buy again.”

“Used zatu for many many years now. Not many places I choose over Zatu. As long as items are in stock they arrive on time, we'll packaged and in good condition.”

“A fun, light but involving game for most levels of players - from family to most ardent gamers. The game is all about the movement of your 3 pieces on the windmill fruit-selecting rondell. Start from a wind sail with 3 pieces, you get to move 3 spaces - land on a sail with 4 pieces, you get to pick 4 of that fruit. Also, hold onto your stash of fruit or donkey cards too long & you could lose the lot. Would rather the game art was the same as the cover, or as mediterranean-looking the original release - but at this low price I can't complain too much.”

“The only - not insignificant - complain is that the packaging could be better. The game box arrived a little damaged at the corners. I've ordered many bames from many on-line retailers and usually the packaging ensures that this is not very likely to happen.”

“Your service and delivery was excellent unfortunately there was a missing piece from the game and tracking down the UK agent was a bit fiddly . They were good at sending out the replacement part but it would be beneficial to have quick links to agents if you are suggesting that the customer is going to get a faster response by going direct.”

“The games arrived and are all in great condition (new). The only thing is that they arrived 10 days after the estimated delivery date. There was no priactive communication from Zatu letting me know these will be late (they were late to dispatch). Contacting their customer support, I did get them to get back to me fairly quickly to let me know the status. Other than latecdispatch, the service and products are great, will definitely buy again.”
