“Product was received by the date that was promised and the process was easy. The only issue was that I didn't receive a confirmation email and was wondering if the transaction had gone through.”

“Large range of games. Most at competitive prices. Easy to use Web site. Delivery can be a bit long. I still have 1 item outstanding 2 week delivery even though its in stores and amazon?”

“Decent availability of products for a great price. The only wrinkle was delivery wasn't completed on the day I was advised and I didn't get told until after 7:30pm. Would give 4.5/5 if I could, not a massive issue”

“Great selection, great prices, shame stock is not always available”

“Everything went smoothly; the e-shop communicates quickly. However, one downside is the shipping: the game was packed in a box without any filler material, so it arrived slightly damaged. The games had a long journey to the Czech Republic. It's quite possible that the damage was caused by the carrier in my country mishandling the shipment, but filler material would have prevented this. On a positive note, the handling of the complaint was excellent. Everything was resolved quickly, and the discount offered for the damaged games was a great solution.”

“Zatu games have been reliable with reasonable delivery time. Sometimes games are not available or out of stock. The prices at Zatu are very good although delivery is always an extra hidden cost.”

“Prompt delivery and well packed together. Loyalty point are actually worth something which is always nice. At Christmas, I pay for the gift wrapping service and they do a beautiful job. Worth the money.”
