“Good selection of games, they had the one I wanted for my wife's birthday, 'Dorf Romantik' (Spiel des Jahres winner 2023) competitively priced. I ordered it and it arrived in time. What more can you ask. Great game, we played it at the weekend and all enjoyed it. Thanks.”

“They do love to pester you for a review😄. Anyway here is my Trustpilot review "A good experience for my first board game purchase and at a great price. Item arrived quickly and in good order. I just wish I could filter boardgame searches by at least high level genres, such as Fantasy, Sci-Fi, Strategy, which would be far more useful than best sellers, new releases and so forth. If you're a hardened Grognard you probably don't need this function as you're laser focused on a wishlist, but I'm not."”

“Have ordered a few things from Zatu now, and find they generally have more games in stock than other online retailers (I'm new to the hobby, so finding out games I'm interested in are either no longer being printed, or have sold out is.... an interesting experience). Delivery is generally quick too; pretty pleased with my orders and the service!”

“Pros: - great selection of games and expansions - reasonably priced compared to other vendors - top-selling / recommended lists of games helpful when choosing - customer service has been good Cons: - website can be quite slow - search feature doesn't always find what you're looking for unless typed out in full - could use more at-a-glance information about games like play time and number of players”

“International shipping delivery time was quite long. Took 10 days for items in stock (according to website), to get dispatched, then another 10 days before it arrived (with a few days in customs). Otherwise great!”

“Thank you Zatu. Our first ever board games arrived today, in perfect condition. From the UK to Greece. I was given an expected delivery date of 5 days from ordering. Ok, if you're in the Uk.....so got a bit worried....after 9........ and the tracking only said. In transit. 14 days from dispatch to delivery. I'll take that and will know for future reference. Would have been 5 stars without the stress....😆”
