“Absolutely pleased with my purchase. I decided to buy from the outlet. I purchased Wednesday Attack Of The Hydes and I was extremely pleased with it. It was missing its cellophane and has a small dent to the corner of the box. Apart from that the game is immaculate. It came late due to Storm Amy by one day as I had requested next day delivery. But hey, you can't control the weather. It came extremely well packed. I cannot fault anything.”

“I ordered a hard to find game from Zatu almost four years ago. After payment they informed it they were actually out of stock and it would be delayed several months. It still has not arrived. Each time I inquire about why it still hasn't arrived yet, I get a standard form response about restocking. When I follow up, I get told that it will be looked into and I will be kept up to date on progress. I've never had a response after this: after a couple of months of silence I write in again, and get the same form response about restocking. Zatu is not only still selling the game, they semi-regularly advertise it as being sale or as being sold at a discount, despite it still being marked as out of stock. I'm outside the UK; from my jurisdiction this would be considered illegal bait and switch related sales practices. In the absence of being able to actually legally pursue Zatu to actually deliver the product they have been paid for, all I can really do is urge other international buyers to be extremely cautious about purchasing hard to get items though Zatu, no matter how much they suggest they have your desired item or that they would be able to supply it. I got badly burnt, don't be the next me.”
