“I ordered from Zatu because on amazon people had been receiving a knock off version of the game I wanted. I am very pleased with the service and will be happy to order from Zatu again. The game is the official version and arrived extremely quickly and well packaged.”

“Ok, so no issue with the products I received, HOWEVER... They advertised a promotion where UK purchases receive free pokemon fun packs and they didnt send. After I emailed, they said they were missed but now out of stock (although still advertised) and only offered reward points (useless to me). Refused to make any other offers and continue to advertise the promotion. I warned them I would leave a negative review and complain to ASA and they still made no offer to remedy the situation.”
