“Product I wanted to buy was in the picture on item description, and I ordered two of them. It turns out it a random selection, so i got two identical but neither i needed. I already had the two they sent and bought cheaper elsewhere online. They wont organise free return and cost to return would be more than the cosf of the products. Would never have purchased the same as i already have, all because of the misleading image on the product page. Wont be using this site again.”

“I have only been into boardgames for 3+ years now,I realised from the start if I wanted a game that was hard to find my best chance of finding that game was at zatu,the service was always on point,first class,I rang them a few times for advice and they always took the time to help with good advice,when I ordered a game I knew it would be with me in few days,if I ordered a game that was out of stock I knew at some point I'd receive it,I buy all my games from zatu now and on top of a first class service I get points for the games I buy,their catalogue of games is second to none,it's a no brainer,seriously what's not to love”

“Game received perfectly fine. However, i would advise Zatu to find another courier service. DPD are a SHAMBLES!!! Waited in for 2 consecutive days, and did not deliver. Had to take a working day off to finally get the delivery. DPD, SHAMBLES!!!!! As long as Zatu use this courier firm i will not be making another purchase.”

“Have ordered from Zatu through Amazon and direct from their website and both times have been pleased with the speed of delivery and quality of package. The prices are reasonable and sales and loyalty points system make it a really good way to grow your board game collection! Will definitely keep buying from them!”

“The games arrived in good shape, but the shipping was a nightmare. They even said that the shipping adress was wrong (which wasn't true). Eventually, I had to go and retire the box personally at the BRT deposit.”
