“They handled my order very quickly and I was kept updated about my packages location regularly. Since I live in the EU I was a bit concerned about potential extra fees but everything went smoothly and since taxes were collected at checkout there was no delay with customs. I can without hesitation say that I'll order from Zatu again if they have what I'm looking for!”

“I ordered 2 Dominion Rising Sun games , one after the other but to be delivered to different addresses, they cancelled my second order as a duplicate order and put a refund in to return to my account. I emailed them back explaining I did require both sets and they were going to different addresses and need them to arrive on the same day, they replied to say they had reordered the second set and put faster delivery non free off charge to say sorry for the mistake and would look at how to Stop this mistake happening again. Great customer service.”
