“I placed an order about 2 weeks ago. At first, I was very impressed as I was getting regular updates the first two days, and my package seemed to be moving very quickly. However, since then, I stopped receiving any updates and have yet to receive my order. I have been in contact with customer service, and they have been quick to reply to me but have been unable to provide me with any updates. I recognize this is mostly a fault of the courier service instead, but it has still made this process very difficult and discouraging.”

“Ordered alt cover DMG and PHB (2024) in May accepting that it would ship 1st July. It has been nearly 2 months and I haven’t heard anything about my order. Upon emailing *them* they’ve asked me to keep checking the product page for an update and have made no offer to rectify the issue. I still haven’t been told what the supplier issue pertains to. Seemingly, they haven’t attempted to get what I paid for from another supplier either.”
