“Been using Zatu Games for a while and it's always been excellent! Got all my favorite games from here, always perfectly packaged and arrived on time! “I placed an order about 2 weeks ago. At first, I was very impressed as I was getting regular updates the first two days, and my package seemed to be moving very quickly. However, since then, I stopped receiving any updates and have yet to receive my order. I have been in contact with customer service, and they have been quick to reply to me but have been unable to provide me with any updates. I recognize this is mostly a fault of the courier service instead, but it has still made this process very difficult and discouraging.”
