How Royal Mail and others pull this off is beyond me, but I was satisfied and the product (all of them that I've ordered so far) have been in perfect condition. “Brought warhammer darkwater and paid for next day delivery. Evri recieved it (according to their app) next day and its sat there for over a week. Spoke to Evri who said they couldn't help and needed to speak to Zatu. Zatu have reached out to Evri and awaiting a response. Been 12 days. Anyway Zatu messaged me asking for a review of the product....”

Hi there, Thank you for your review. We’re sorry to hear about the delay with your order. From our records, your order was dispatched on time. Once the parcel is handed over to the courier, it is unfortunately within their network and outside of our direct control. In this case, it appears Evri has not progressed the parcel as expected after receiving it. We can see that our team has already raised this with the courier and is currently awaiting their response. While we understand how frustrating this delay is, we are required to follow the courier’s investigation process before we can take further action such as a replacement or refund.
