Have used Zatu Games several times and have always found their prices very competitive and items delivered within a few days.

I just don’t know how there are so many positive reviews? I have used them twice for orders. The stock availability status and stock levels on the website are not to be trusted. The delivery date promise made on the checkout is not to be trusted. And when you contact their customer support, they will be unapologetic and not really give you any information about when to expect your order. I cancelled the order this time and won’t use them again - as I don’t like the arrogance. Such a shame, I like to support small businesses - but these experiences just chase you off to the “big online only” retailers, who don’t give you this hassle.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Sold me an item that was in stock. Then was told it’s on the way to the warehouse & give them 3-5 days and the item should be on the way (gave it 7) then have been told the item was never in stock. Customer service was anwful & just lie & sound like they anre not bothered. Avoid this site at all costs.

The item was initially showing as available while it was being transferred from one of our external storage locations to our main warehouse. Unfortunately, during this transfer the stock was found to be severely damaged, which meant it could no longer be fulfilled. As a result, the item was subsequently marked as unavailable. We appreciate that the updates you received during this process were not what you had hoped for, and we apologise if the situation felt unclear or poorly communicated. Worse service ever experienced. I have 2 orders that have not been dispatched for 2 weeks and 1 week respectively despite no indication that there were any delays and all items showed as in stock when I ordered. Contacted them and they said items are still on the way to their main warehouse. How come for “in stock” items to take more than 2 weeks to get to your warehouse?
