Everything arrived relatively fast and had fantastic tracking. (From UK to belgium). 1 of the 5 game boxes that I bought has a slight dent on the corner, but stuff happens in transit. They also had a decent dicscount for the games I wanted. One tip: if you pre- or backorder, do it in a seperate order, saves headaches for you and the store.

Swift delivery and all items arrived in new condition having been well packaged, no dented corners or damage from transit. The prices were the best available at the time. Zatu fulfilment also worked well acting as the intermediary between Modipheus and myself. I highly recommend Zatu, buy with confidence.

Tried to place an order of almost £300 at first it wouldn't allow me to apply the discount code, then twice I tried to pay had security checks from my bank twice yet the order still wouldn't go through, I spoke to an agent to try and rectify this all I got was they'll look into this, he couldn't even take the order I would never recommend Zatu Games even if they are cheaper their website and customer service is awful, ther has to be an ability to talk to an agent on the payment screen

Atrocious. Spent £100 over two orders on three game books. These were slung into flimsy cardboard envelopes with no effort to guard against damage. All items arrived damaged. I did not buy damaged goods. I bought brand new and expect them to be delivered in the same condition. This is a company that no longer cares as shown by the mostly negative recent reviews on TrustPilot. I have sent my items back for a refund and will buy elsewhere from now on as items from Zata will likely arrive damaged.

Having had email to say order was on its way, I waited until the latest date it said, but no delivery. Contacted firm to be told order was still at warehouse and had not been sent. Order is now useless as I will not be here if/when it does arrive. Yet another sham organisation.

Very poor customer service. Order placed and didn't arrive in the time specified. No communication from the company until I phoned them, to be told there were 'stock issues'. No plan to contact me at all. Wouldn't recommend.

I’ve just purchased an e-gift card from Zatu Games, with delivery scheduled for Christmas. Even at this early stage, I’m impressed by the massive selection of board games and the reasonable prices, which is why I chose Zatu in the first place. The gift card options were easy to use, and I ended up subscribing as well. Looking forward to seeing how the delivery goes!

I found Zatu several years ago after numerous items from Amazon arrived damaged due to inadequate packaging. Zatu always used to pack well and ensure items arrived as if you bought them in store. After all, who would pick a damaged item from a shelf? I say used to as now Zatu have the same substandard packing. Just received a hardback gaming book slung carelessly into a flimsy cardboard envelope and unsurprisingly it arrived with bashed corners. I am well aware of just how important condition is to many, many gamers and Zatu cannot be trusted to deliver items undamaged. Shop elsewhere as you will be just as disappointed as I was.
