“Good shop and prices, but stay on top of them! They're nice and reply fast, but don't contact you unless you contact them first. They didn't ship my order on time. A week later, I emailed them and they told me they didn't have one of the items in stock. Then I waited for several months, until I gave up and removed that item from the order.”

“When the games are in Stock the service is amazing. I do wish that they would provide a bit more of an update when you are waiting on back order or new stock, just some indication on the website would be really great. But the service is always friendly and helpful. Best place to buy boardgames and find new ones. They do their utmost to find and deliver the games.”

“No complaints re. purchase/pricing, though the delivery was left without notification outside of an enclosed porch, resulting in water dammage to some of the (unsealed) content. I'm sure they'd they'd replace, but I need items. Unfortunate.”

“The game itself and the price was great but loss of one star for the packaging. The game was packaged in a box that originally contained an emergency alarm for an older person's safety. My address was taped over this lady's name and address. I destroyed the packaging but if the box got into the wrong hands, this vulnerable lady could have been at risk. I appreciate reusing packaging for environmental reasons but it needs to be done in the right way.”
