“Really disappointed with this company. I ordered two games on March 25th for my husband’s birthday. One item was on back order (fair enough), but when the estimated two months passed with no update, I had to contact them myself. I got vague replies and no clear timeline. I then asked for the item that was in stock to be shipped and was told I’d have to pay more for separate shipping. I paid the extra fee through their link and received confirmation—but still nothing arrived. When I chased again, I was told they couldn't see the payment, even though I’ve provided proof it was taken. Customer service has been consistently unhelpful, and I feel completely in the dark about my order. I’ve spent time and money chasing something that should’ve been simple. At this point, I honestly don’t know if I’ll ever receive what I paid for.”
