“Stock quality and delivery times are extremely good. But customer support with game product issues (misprinted or missing parts) I feel is poor. They could help the customer more by liaising with the manufacturer for the customer! As the game was bought from Zatu not the manufacturer.”

“Games are consistently well priced. The board game was packaged sufficiently in this case, I would have liked to see some bubble wrap etc in addition to the cardboard though as it would not have withstood a rough journey. Items ordered previously usually arrived next day, this took longer but still arrived within a decent time frame (5days). I have used Zatu many years without any real issue and will continue to use them.”

“I bought 4 items that claimed a free fun pack was provided with it. The delivery arrived without any and no explanation as to why. I reached out to support and they said it would only be one pack per order (doesn’t make that obvious on the site, if at all) and that they ran out of them and I likely wouldn’t be getting one. The fun pack offer has been removed from the website now it seems, so that’s good for future customers, but the fact they can’t make sure I get the one owed to me or make another offer to cover it is rather disappointing and probably against some kind of selling laws I imagine. The fun packs aren’t a massive draw but it’s the principle of the matter, I certainly don’t feel valued as a customer and wouldn’t trust any offers like that in the future. Other than that it was all good, fairly quick delivery, packaged well and in good condition”
