“We ordered the Mardu Commander from Zatu in March, one month before the release date which was April. It was a birthday gift for May. Not only did the deck never arrive, their communications are truly awful. Its almost July and we have received neither a refund nor a deck. Now its not possible for us to buy this deck and it has shot up in price from when we purchased it from Zatu. I won't be buying from them again. PLEASE REPLY TO OUR EMAILS AND RESOLVE THIS ISSUE ASAP.”

“The game was packaged in a repurposed monitor box. Not necessarily an issue but this box was left by the front door as we were not home. And then front gate was left open. We are lucky this was not stolen. Please do not reuse boxes that have pictures and logos of expensive items on them. Game itself is in good condition.”
