“Zatu were very responsive to all my inquiries on my order. And despite the item being on a long back order once they got stock my item was delivered in less than 24 hours.”

“My order was processed quickly, and they had decent shipping rates. While I prefer supporting my local FLGS, when I need to order online I will come back to Zatu for sure.”

“As an OG of BECMI and Advanced D&D, I have been dragged to the 5th Edition by a colleague. This book was the obvious place to start. Excellent price (I did research), well packaged and very fast delivery. What more can you ask for?”

“Great service, quick delivery and packet very nicely. Ordered two games, one box quite a lot bigger than the other. Paper stuffing was used to make sure the smaller box wouldn't get damaged in shipping. Amazing experience, will definitely order more here!”

“Game arrived after 14 days (to Denmark). Was packed in too small box and arrived scratched up. Components are probably intact. Too expensive to ship back to UK for a return. Will use local vendors in the future.”

Hi there, Thank you for your review. We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience. Our records show that your order was placed and dispatched on 27/01/2026, and as this was an international delivery to Denmark, transit times can occasionally extend due to customs processing or courier delays, which are unfortunately outside of our control. We have also reviewed the correspondence received from you, and the email we received did not mention any damage. The request at the time was to return the parcel due to the delivery timeframe. If the item has arrived scratched, we would always encourage customers to report this to us directly with photos so we can properly assess the issue and advise on the appropriate next steps. We’re sorry that this experience has led you to feel you would prefer to use a local vendor in future, but we do appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. If you would like any further assistance with your order, please get in touch with us at team@zatu.co.uk with reference 4920 and a member of our team will be happy to help. Thank You, Team Zatu Games
