“I have used this company over many years with no issues BUT will never use them again after my last order . The cellophane on the game which I purchased to give as a Christmas present was ripped in several places and hanging off the game . Their reply when asking for a replacement was that in their terms and conditions that this was acceptable to them . I would like definitely not have brought a game in that condition in a shop and do not believe I should accept a game in that condition from an online seller . I have lost £ 5.98 in delivery and return costs . Lesson learnt will never buy from a company that thinks it's ok to send out games that are damaged”
