I came to Micasr.com after days of frustration with poor support elsewhere. To my surprise, they were the first team to fully understand my problem. They communicated consistently, took action, and delivered results. What they offered wasn’t simple support — it was a lifeline when I needed it most.

I placed an order for 6 boardgames at once during black Friday sales. But kept getting an error on their website although payment proces went perfectly through my bank app (master card). My order was left on "awaiting payment" status, with no options for me to try and complete payment even though I wanted to. After 3 days of mailing back and forth with customer support, it saddens me to know that my order was cancelled and the problem couldn't be fixed in another way. I tried several times that Sunday to pay for the order, but getting those error on the website was out of my control. I've suggested ideas in order to still pay for what I ordered and therefore shown my good will, but I got no positive outcome in return. That Sunday I was tempted by the black Friday sales and made a mentionable order, but the error got in the way of getting a good deal. Now the deals ended and my order got cancelled, I'm left with a disappointed and sad feeling. This was not a great first introduction with the Zatu Games website to say the least.

So disappointing... placed and order on the 12th November (3 items in stock). No despatch email only a email of confirmation. Phoned 3 times to be fobbed off with items in different storage locations, to then on the second call to be told the items coming in "5 parts" (how? why? its one kit that should be in same box...) third and final phone call, its now out of stock... well it wasn't when it was purchased almost 1 MONTH AGO!!!!!! .. getting a refund for said item...(awaiting it to hit my paypal..) I would avoid this company with a ten foot barge pole ! Not expecting this review to be posted as its rather damning... what a waste of time!!!

In this case, the product encountered an unexpected issue during transfer, and the stock arrived to us damaged. Received well over a month late. Chased them up for a refund and was told the item was on its way. However despite the long delay, I received the wrong product (An Armada starter box rather than the KoW starter). So exasperated I've given up with Zatu.

my pakage was not deliverd now got to wait months for a refund zatu were not intrested and just tryed to fob me off had to start a charge back with my card provider

I have never received an order the next day (usually within a week) but have come to live with that and accept it's often delays with royal mail. However, i have a recent order that is stretching my goodwill. Current order was placed 2 weeks ago. Estimated delivery was 6 to 13 days. Have passed estimated delivery and haven't heard anything.

Really poor service, I preordered a game which didn’t arrive on release date. I messaged them several times over a 6 month period which they told me it was a supplier fault. Then I happened to check the website one day and the item was being sold before my preorder was fulfilled. I complained and it shipped after my complaint, I didn’t get an apology or an acknowledgement that they had messed up several times. Will not be buying again.

I’d like to give some clarity on what happened. There was an unexpected stock issue on the release date that affected all retailers, not just us. We didn’t receive our allocation until 14/11/2025, and your order was dispatched the following day on 15/11/2025. Because of the high demand and large volume of preorders, it took our team a few days to process and ship every order, but we did work strictly in date-of-purchase order to ensure fairness. I completely understand how it looked when you saw the product listed on the website, but items aren’t made available for general sale until all preorder stock is accounted for, your order was already in the queue awaiting dispatch at that point. The worst experience anybody can have with a company they’re the absolute worst company ever I never received my Yugioh cards through the mail contacted them to help out once they said they would contact royal mail I already knew I was gonna get done over.. I’m still out 146£ I would recommend never buying from them literally toook my money and ran at this point..

One of the worst online shops I have had experience of dealing with, after they sent me a package that I never requested, I had also stated several times prior to dispatch it wasn't something I had ordered, they looked into it their end said there was an error on their system and it shouldn't have been dispatched without payment and also noted it had been entered on their system 12 months previous,, however they decided to ship anyway ..... then to top it off after it was delivered and again I sent an email to highlight it was something I hadn't ordered only to be then told I had to post back with a completed returns form .... why would I share my personnel information on something I didn't order and why are Zatu sending unpaid products to people using their personnel data that's not been shared..... is that legal....then to top it off I'm greeted with a very threatening email why I've not returned something I've not ordered and how I have to pay for it.... Zatu should arrange collection and then ensure any unauthorised personnel data is removed from their system.

You were not asked to pay for the return postage at any point. I am still waiting for my delivery and have found it difficult to any firm information from this company. They have not kept to the dates I was given and have not bothered to update me with new delivery date ! I am very disappointed with this company and have little confidence that my order will actually ever arrive !

The packaging was awful, in a huge box there was only a small piece of paper that offered no protection whatsoever. The puzzle box arrived damaged, as did the box for the Rock Hard 1977 insert, which thankfully didn't affect the contents. I haven't seen such poor packaging in a long time; it's unacceptable.

Hello We’re very sorry for the confusion and disappointment regarding your order. The original publisher of the Chelsea FC 3D Stadium Puzzle, Nanostad, unfortunately went bankrupt. Production of these puzzles has since been taken over by University Games, and is licensed by Paul Lamond Games whom distribute the official versions. The puzzle you received is not counterfeit. It’s the current official edition produced under the new publisher. The updated version contains 158 pieces instead of 171 due to changes made during the transition in manufacturing, but it remains an officially licensed Chelsea FC product. I ordered this game October 2021. I received a shipping notice October 2025. Four years later. No communication between those times. I do not even live at that address anymore. My kid doesn't even play that game anymore. The solution customer service gave me was, oh… we will ship it back to you if it gets returned to us. Unbelievable.

I paid more than 20 euros for shipping, expected delivery date Monday 27th, it's Wednesday 29th and nothing has arrived, the courier you use for deliveries is rubbish
