Apparently structural damage is classed as acceptable for b-grade outlet items, which are usually not eligible for a refund. I tried to dispute this but the customer service team claims a large, structural puncture hole in the front of the box (out of which pieces will fall) still only counts as a perfectly acceptable b-grade ‘cosmetic’ ‘tear’. I will never order from this company again

Order am item in January and 6 months later it has yet to come. Right after I ordered it, it went out of stock so I assumed I got the last one. A few days after the arrival date I emailed them trying to get info on my package. They were great with customer service and replied saying as soon as they get it back in stock it’d be sent out. Periodicity throughout the next 5 months I was in contact trying to get information on it and they replied. I was VERY patient with this item because it meant a lot to the person I bought it for. The last time I emailed them (a week ago), I asked for a refund. Now suddenly they can’t respond and I go through a long debacle with my bank just for them to say the purchase was too long ago and they can’t do anything. So basically all the time and effort I put into this $20 toy wouldn’t even be worth it if it was $100 toy. Overall I’m just tired of it and say but at your own risk.

Really disappointed with this company. I ordered two games on March 25th for my husband’s birthday. One item was on back order (fair enough), but when the estimated two months passed with no update, I had to contact them myself. I got vague replies and no clear timeline. I then asked for the item that was in stock to be shipped and was told I’d have to pay more for separate shipping. I paid the extra fee through their link and received confirmation—but still nothing arrived. When I chased again, I was told they couldn't see the payment, even though I’ve provided proof it was taken. Customer service has been consistently unhelpful, and I feel completely in the dark about my order. I’ve spent time and money chasing something that should’ve been simple. At this point, I honestly don’t know if I’ll ever receive what I paid for.

DO NOT BUY HERE! I placed two orders – a preorder and a backorder – and in both cases, the estimated shipping dates on the product pages were not met. After reaching out via email, I was told the delays were due to supplier issues. I replied for further clarification but received no follow-up. I then had to chase them through live chat, where again, no useful updates were given, though I must say, in the age of AI, I appreciated that at least I managed to speak to a human… What’s most disappointing is the lack of accountability or even a gesture of goodwill. No updates, no reassurance, and certainly no compensation.

They took my money but have not dispatched an IN STOCK game that I ordered two months ago. They have not even contacted me about it in the last month. A truly awful company.

It has been 2 weeks that I haven’t received my order. It seems that 1 stars review are the same as me. Some are more than a month that the customer doesn’t even received the order.

We ordered the Mardu Commander from Zatu in March, one month before the release date which was April. It was a birthday gift for May. Not only did the deck never arrive, their communications are truly awful. Its almost July and we have received neither a refund nor a deck. Now its not possible for us to buy this deck and it has shot up in price from when we purchased it from Zatu. I won't be buying from them again. PLEASE REPLY TO OUR EMAILS AND RESOLVE THIS ISSUE ASAP.

They do not process cancellations and refund correctly at all. It takes a long time for them to even initiate any cancellation and refund even after acknowledging it. Avoid.

Be wary of delivery dates. I paid for 48-hour shipping and had an expected delivery of 3 days after the order. A week later and the item still wasn't shipped. Reach out to customer services to be told it's in an external storage facility and they are chasing up the shipping. Incredibly misleading and frustrating. I was basically just told to keep waiting even though the website initially said it would be delivered within 2 days. Would not order from here again.

I ordered a game for royal mail 48 hour delivery on a monday. The estimated delivery date given was thursday/friday. On Saturday I still didnt receive my game, so I contacted Zatu on messenger as their chat was not open. I was told that was still on its way from an external site and to wait another 3-5 working days. I had paid for 48 hour delivery, so requested refund on this only to be told that its not guaranteed and to wait. I then contacted them again the following monday, to be told its on back order - not what the first person told me. Ive cancelled my order and now have to wait another 5-10 working days for a refund. Awful service. Would not recommend buying from here!

I would give zero stars if I could, but I can't. The package arrived LATER than expected, and when it did, it was not in shrink (I did pay for a new copy) and the box damage was unacceptable. For such an expensive board game ($67USD), plus $23S&H, I expected to get a new game in good condition. Adding pics of box damage.

I ordered a game as a gift, when I needed it by a specific date. Great -- expected delivery time span was well within the range. But, the package has still not yet arrived and their customer service was very apathetic and said they couldn't guarentee delivery times and they have no way of knowing when I should get it. BTW, the tracking said the item hasn't even left the UK yet -- so any chance I'll get this within a reasonable time frame is moot. I will not be ordering from ZATU again -- at least other big retailers know how to deliver with the timeframe they say they will.

Kept waiting for six months for an order when it was clearly stated that the items were in stock. Eventually I cancelled the order except for 2 items they had in stock. Having moved house during the wait I updated my address in my account. They delivered to my old address and then said it was my fault for not changing the address on the order. Shocking customer services. Avoid

The game was shipped in a box that was 3-4 times too big without any padding. As a result the gamebox is heavily dented in all corners and even ripped in one corner.
