“Quick delivery, great service!”

“Received well over a month late. Chased them up for a refund and was told the item was on its way. However despite the long delay, I received the wrong product (An Armada starter box rather than the KoW starter). So exasperated I've given up with Zatu.”

Hi There, Than you for taking the time to leave us this feedback. We understand how frustrating it is to receive the incorrect product after waiting for longer than expected. This is not the kind of service we aim to provide, and we apologize that this has happened. Our records show that we had mentioned that there was a stock issue with the product and our team were working hard to get this resolved for you, which has caused this delay. We also have not had any correspondance from yourself in regards to receiving an incorrect item. If this is the case please reach out to us at team@zatu.co.uk with reference number 10083723 and a member of our team will be happy to help resolve this matter for you. Thank you, Team Zatu Games

“Zatu Games has a great choice of games and competitive prices - I'm a regular customer even though I live abroad, and the parcel with games reaches me within 2 weeks after checkout (no delay on Zatu's side). Here, I find games unavailable otherwise. Lastly, the customer support is great!”
