20 days after the purchase has not been shipped, customer service does not reply not to solve, want to return but simply can not find the entrance, very much like a fraudulent company!

Awful. Placed a preorder, order released on 13th Jan, all my friends received theirs from different suppliers. I am still waiting, no one picks up the phone, no answer to emails.

Ordered over a week ago. Money taken from my account, no emails or contact at all and product not received. No response from 2 emails sent, called today to be told phone lines are closed today for staff training, what rubbish! Buy Cheap, Buy Twice is what they say isn't it.

I order a escape room game and Nintendo switch controllers 6 weeks before Christmas and they didn't even turn up until 9th January after I had to message them how many times very disappointed considering they were meant to be Christmas presents

They dont deliver on back order items. Do not wait around cuz they do not give you your item. I got my delivery date postponed from in may 2023 on 6 different occasions, I still have not received the item in January 2024. They keep saying 2 months, the truth is they dont have a product to sell. They just keep your money untill you are fed up and cancel the order.

Have not received product and was delivered to wrong address contacted straight away and have heard nothing back. Product was for my 6 year old daughter who was looking forward to the purchase.

Shipping was on time. The way in which the items were packaged within the shipping box (no protection) caused one of the boardgames to have a damaged corner and damaged insert.

I received my order almost 3 weeks later than the promised date on the website. The support team didn't help me or explain the reasons for such a delay.

Ordered an item on Zatu which was on Backorder for 16th December; it didn't arrive by 20th December so I gave them a call and said the backorder was pushed back to early January. Calling back today, in early January, they tell me the order has been pushed back to March, without any communication at all to notify me of the changes. My suspicion is that this would have kept being pushed back further and further until I would either forget about the order, or until I was not eligible for a refund. Very, very disappointing for my first purchase here.

My £70 game arrived in a huge packaging box and with virtually no protection. Due to this my game was really bashed about and the corner is damaged. I paid for next day delivery as I needed the game that day and all I have been offered is 15% off. Not happy at all. Package your games properly!

Absolutely useless customer support. 7 E-mails, 10 phone calls . Nobody can solve simple case, make some changes in order. Nobody answer the phone at all.

I made the order on Tuesday the 19. and immediately received an order confirmation with the information that I will receive another email when the order has beew dispatched. Today is Wednesday .. the 27. .. you guess I haven't received any new messages till today except a few asking me to rate you .. so for now your rating is zero. .. by the way, the expected delivery time is until 29. ... lol ​​.. never more ...

They already charged me $83 yet I have gotten zero follow up confirmation on my order. The original email won't even take me to my order receipt via the website when I click the link in said email, I'm starting to think maybe this website is a scam and I just got ripped off for almost a hundred bucks for something I thought would be a great Christmas present.
