Really great service. Unfortuantely due to issues with courier service I had to contact customer service. They were very friendly and helpful, really easy to get through to. Package was sent out very quickly. Well packaged once arrived, great prices too. The website is easy to navigate and really appreciate the recomendations and how well thought out the site is - great interface. Overall very pleased and look forward to buying more games :)

I wish I could give them less than one star. My experience with ZATU Games has been horrendous. I preordered a product, months in advance, that was listed as available with a promise of delivery by the release date. One week later, the product has not been shipped. When contacted, the company blames their distributor with no remorse or option of compensation for the inconvenience. Additionally, other products in the order have also not been shipped. Two weeks (plus) later, the product has not been shipped. No idea from the company when the product will be available. When I asked if I could get the rest of my order while I wait for them to sort their issue, they said, as long as I pay additional shipping. Their suggested solution is to cancel my order of the product. Suspiciously enough, the price of the product has increased since my preorder. Each time I've contacted the company via email, their responses have been prompt; however, they refuse to take responsibility for their false advertising and inability to meet their promised delivery date. Instead, they wish to further take advantage of their customer.

Ordered from South Africa arrived in 10 days from Order to Collection at Post Office. Phenomenal Service. I will order again if the boardgame I am looking for is not in the country.

Have ordered twice already and am pretty satisfied about the results despite having the games shipped internationally. Was worried about how the packages weren't sent out for a few days compared to near instantly the last time but I got I still got them pristine 1-2 days later than expected which is still damn good tbh.

A good price, but terrible communication. When the pre-order product was repeatedly delayed (not fault of Zatu, all the fault of the publisher) I never had a single email from Zatu to explain or keep me informed; the only way I could find out when to expect it was by going back to the website to check the new release date. Very poor communication indeed, how hard would it have been to send an email saying "sorry, the publisher has delayed your pre-order for reasons out of our control, the new release date is X"? This is basic customer service. Even worse, the delays meant that two pre-order items that originally had different expected dates both actually arrived at the same time, which meant I paid twice as much postage as I needed to - they could have been sent together. Again, basic customer service.
