“I ordered this game October 2021. I received a shipping notice October 2025. Four years later. No communication between those times. I do not even live at that address anymore. My kid doesn't even play that game anymore. The solution customer service gave me was, oh… we will ship it back to you if it gets returned to us. Unbelievable.”

Hello Lindsay, We are truly sorry to hear about the long wait regarding your backorder. This is certainly not the experience we want for our customers. We understand your frustration with the time elapsed since your order and the complications it has caused. Our records indicate that we have received correspondence from yourself stating that you no longer live at the address with no other information. Our team have since offered to reship this to an updated address for you should the delivery not arrive with you and get returned back to us. As of 30/10/25 we have not had a response regarding how you wish to proceed. After investigating further we can see that we have had no request for an updated address or for cancellation of the backorder item. As such we have fulfilled and dispatched the order in line with our backorder policy. If you would prefer to have a refund for this item once this arrives back with us we can arrange for this as well. We understand how frustrating it can be when deliveries don’t go as planned. Our records indicate that this was ordered on 20/10/25 and dispatched by our warehouse team on 21/10/25. The tracking indicates that a delivery was attempted on 28/10/25 but no one was available to sign for the delivery. Unfortunately, we have seen that some couriers are experiencing unexpected delays that are out of our control, especially for international deliveries.
