“I'm really pleased that Zatu are making changes and updates to the website, and points system. There's nothing wrong with the current service, but it is always good to see companies evolve and develop their services, with contemporary methods. Zatu are ISO 9001:2015 certified, which requires companies to demonstrate improvement across their systems and processes, in order to enhance the customer experience - and Zatu do this. Zatu are my first choice for purchasing board games, especially as the ISO 9001:2015 certification gives me confidence in their processes for getting it right first time, or professionally investigating and resolving any issues via the non-conformance process.”
