“US buyer here. Don’t risk your money. 1 board game arrived damaged. 2nd board game defective product. Paid expensive international shipping. Zatu will not reimburse. Now, they’re not responding to my email. Happened to me not once, but twice. Will never order from Zatu again, not reliable.”

Our records show that we did respond to your query and offered a partial refund as an option if you were happy to keep the affected item. In addition, we also provided you with instructions for returning items from the US so that we could proceed with a full resolution upon receipt. For damaged or defective items, we do require items to be returned to us before issuing a full refund or replacement, as this allows our returns team to properly assess the issue.
