Although i appreciate the quick shipping I was highly disappointed and shocked that the packaging had zero bubble wrap or protection of any kind especially for international shipping! Im a hobbiest so the condition of the game box is important to me not to mention for the price i would expect the package to be treated with some care. I sadly spent my money now on a dinged up game that some simple bubble wrap could have avoided.

Ordered first thing on the Friday had to phone on the Wednesday to see where my items was and they still wasn't picked for dispatch very slow guys

I'm sure the product is great but for some reason you use Yodel and they've spent 4 days not bothering to even try to deliver my package. Trying to get in touch with them is near impossible.

Was supposed to be 48hr delivery but it took me emailing them for Zatu to tell me it was out of stock and they were awaiting a restock.

First experience and very disappointing. After purchase item haven't been dispatched for 2 weeks. After contacting them item was dispatched in 24 hours. This is why give 2 start because reacted fast to mine email about not recieved item, but I don't need to chase mine order. Its simple I order, I pay you send it in designated time. Simple but its not what I have experienced. At this moment there are other companies who more value customers and thier orders

1. Their help page says "go to Subscriptions page in your profile". There's no such link in my profile. 2. When I ask when is my Subscription area in my profile - customer service ignores the question answering my every other question 3. They just cancelled my subscription one day 4. When I asked them to return it - they replied "We can't. Please create a new one" :D 5. When I asked to add one more game to my subscription - they said I need to call on the phone. Is it 1980 or 2023? Calling on the phone? Gross!!! I use Contact Us form to avoid using the phone!

Every single time I’ve chosen the basic delivery, it takes them at least a week to be even bothered dispatch games, unless you pay for next day delivery. I just cancelled the last order, got sick of waiting, which took them 9 days to refund. No excuses, no obvious reason why. But every time, it takes forever and a day to put it in the post. Given up with Zatu, going elsewhere.

My order #1002449758 was damaged during delivery! One of 2 boxes recived broken! They are usually great until you have an issue. You order something & pay for next day delivery, it doesn’t arrive and then looking at your account they haven’t even dispatched it. You try getting in touch but. 1) they don't answer the phone it just rings out for 20mins each time, 2) they don’t reply to the online contact forms and 3) they don’t respond to tweets.

Impossible to get a response from this lot. If you do it via their contact form, nothing happens (despite v/mail saying response within 24 hrs). If you call them, good luck with getting someone to pick up - i've tried 6 times so far over 2 weeks and gave up after 30 mns of holding each time. There is no other way to get hold of them. Beginning to wonder whether their 'good' reviews are fabricated.

My tracking number is not giving me any idea on when to expect my package. It just says that it is expected. I have no idea when or if this is going to arrive to me. I have not received my package yet.

No complaints about the Zatu service, the staff has promptly shipped my games, however as a European customer is not worth anymore ordering from the UK. Of my two orders from ZATU, one has arrived after one month, and the other has been stuck in customs for two weeks and I will most likely not receive it for at least two more weeks. It is extremely frustrating, especially after having paid almost 40 pounds of additional VAT and postage.

My first order with Zatu went smoothly and it was good. The second order wasn't as good. I purchased next day delivery and they didn't dispatch the order within the time-frame as mentioned on their website. Also, one of the items arrived damaged, more so than the A grade mentioned on their website. Their customer service is very slow to respond to queries and I'm still waiting for a response.

Game order on the 7th of January, informed it was dispatched on the 8th for delivery to Ireland but still not delivered on the 18th and no record of it being delivered to Ireland. Disappointing but hopefully it arrives shortly.

It was indicated I would not be charged for my preorder until dispatch, but was charged immediately, months before sending. Did not provide any updates on the status of my preorder, requiring me to regularly get in contact to find out. However, they were always timely with responses.

The prices were good and the items were well-packaged, but the delivery times were misleading as presented by Zatu and I strongly resent paying extra for next day delivery in time for a birthday for that delivery to then take five days, and to be told by Zatu to lump it.

1 in 4 orders have problems. Their prices are competitive, but some of their policies are anti consumer. They don't check their own stock so if they say there's 1 or 2 items in stock, you can occasionally expect a LONG wait for your order and also they don't tell you they've messed up (its happened 5+ times). also they sell on Amazon under different names not just Zatu so if they're playing silly beggars with their own stock I shouldn't be surprised. There website is busted, they occasionally list things on Amazon under Zatu officially but the price is cheaper and it included free postage. the website has also listed items with prices a lot higher then the RRP listed right next to it. 3 of the games in my top 10 list I ordered from Zatu and were sent dented or creased. I check the Posted box on arrival no damage, then looked at the game box and there was a crease where it had been crushed during handling. As for anti consumer policies they've capped the amount of reward points you can use at £5 you can't use points and a deal code at the same time an it doesn't matter if your orders expensive if you want money off you need to order quantity not quality. Basically, they don't want to give you More than £5off and 40% to 100% of that to be used paying for postage. mostly they're good but far to many things go wrong to often
