Poor communication, had my money for 3 months and no product sent. Ordered an item on in early September but it had just gone out of stock so was placed as a pre order. I paid in full for the item and checked the website regularly for stock updates. The item had a notice on its page saying ‘restock on 10th November 2024’, although I was disappointed to wait I was patient as I spent over £120 on the item and I was desperate to get hold of it. On 10th November I checked the website only to see that the item was simply listed as out of stock and no further information available, I emailed querying whether I was actually going to receive the goods I have paid for only to be told there is an issue with supply and procurement are trying to get hold of the item. As it was produced in a limited run I doubt I will ever receive the item unless zatu pay a scalper on eBay almost double what I’ve already paid thinking I would receive the product as promised. Really disappointed.

13/10/24 I order WFP Enemy within campaign-Vol 4 Horned Rat collectors Edition and Alien RPG building Better Worlds. Both are listed in stock with stock levels of 3+. 29/10/24 Informed books are been sent 2 plus weeks after ordering them. 01/11/24 Received parcel, packed in poor book envelope especially for the weight of the books with no packaging to stop books sliding about. I take photos and inform zatu. 05/11/24 Hear from Zatu CS with details to print off documents for return (no printer) but I can sort the return out via royal mail online so that is a positive. I write down order details, book titles and include with returned books 07/11/24 Royal Mail pick up parcel to return and is delivered to Zatu day after 08/11/24 14/11/24 Writing this review, heard nothing back from Zatu, not even acknowledgement they received the book back. When I informed Zatu of the damaged books they were both still in stock but checking today they are no longer. So a month later from the initial order I'm left with no info on whether I will be refunded or books will be replaced. This really should have been a priority when I initially informed you of the damage, poor packaging and suppled photo. I used to order from Zatu now and then but have used them maybe only 4 times in the past two years and those 4 orders were all badly packaged, fortunately outside of a scuffed board game box they survived transit. Zatu return policy is extremely poor, clearly when something goes wrong their response and non-action to resolve it is just poor. Please do a better job of packaging the items and sending them in a decent box.

Fraudulent company. Never in my life have I had to provide of ID and address verification for an order online that has been paid with a credit card. This smells of fraud wanting to obtain my personal details. My order was a little over £150. Ridiculous

Paid for a Pre-Order 3 Months advance. Release date comes and passes with no shipment. My email wasn't replied to, eventually through social media I was told there would be a delay, of an unspecified duration. If you're aware of an issue, reach out to your affected customers.

First time using Zatu, placed my order for an item that was listed as in stock and given an estimated delivery date of 5-6 working days. On the 5th day I still had not recieved confirmation of it being dispatched, so I logged on to check my order only to find out that the item is now not in stock. The estimated restock date is currently looking like some time next year. All of this with zero communication from Zatu, I am currently awaiting a refund and for my oder to be cancelled. Upon leaving this review I can see I am not the only one to end up in this situation. Safe to say I wont be using Zatu again in the future

Absolutely terrible. Zatu lost my order and didn't even know that until I told them. Then they opened an investigation that took 10 more days. Responses from them took several days if not longer. The order actually showed up 6 weeks after they shipped it and after they had declared it lost.I had already ordered and received the game elsewhere and was already asking about a refund. I sent the order back on the next shipping day, and they confirmed they received it the day after that. Then they told me that even though they had the order, I had to wait for my refund until they could ship their own order back to themselves overseas. No customer should have to wait for them to send a package to themselves while keeping the customer's refund like ransom money. Then they sent no word for weeks. After I contacted them, it seems that they have lost the order again, while sending it to themselves. They are opening another investigation. I still have no refund. It has been 2 1/2 months since the shipped the order. I would have contacted them directly... but the contact us section just has pictures where they refer to themselves as "Dungeon Masters" etc. I will probably get back my money at some point, but I will never get back the time they have wasted.

Poor packaging on both my orders, boxes with items rattling aroun inside. Plus I have had a huge amount of Spam phone calls since placing orders with you, coincidence? Or are you selling on my information? Good delivery speed and price but you need to improve your packaging.

Very bad!! Got send something way different then was displayed on the pictures, after that trying to contact them almost impossible, got it done via mail i was supposed to get a reply in 48 hours and its been already 5 days still no reply.

Delivery was supposed to arrive in 3-4 days. It has been 3 weeks and I still have not recieved my order. Highly do not recommend using this site.

Still waiting for delivery of two games. One went to second wave and I was not informed and the other one is sitting on a shelf, in stock. Have been waiting since August. Have tried to email twice. No reply. Asked for a refund. No reply. Very poor service.

Prices look good but customer service is absolutely dreadful. I ordered something and it was never dispatched. Email contact was abysmally slow and took several weeks to refund my order. I tried to call them to sort it out quicker but they never picked up the phone. I ended up cancelling the order 3 weeks after ordering. Never dispatched.

Zatu are a joke, they sell things as ‘in stock’ yet they are not, they dispatch from a different warehouse, and they do not say this, I’ve been wiring for over 2 weeks for an order that was ‘in stock and will arrive in 3 days’, now trying to get a refund…… let’s see how easy that is. So not shop here, this is not a good company. I will go through PayPal if they do not refund me.

The game wasn't delivered to the intended recipient as Zatu left off the first line of the address and delivered it to the wrong block of flats. It took them over a week to respond to my complaint about this and then more another week before they gave me a refund and then it was only a partial one. Very poor customer service. Not recommended!

Normally zatu are great but this time it is the worst. Ive been waiting over 6 months for my order. My order is also a preordered that was made months before the release date. I keep messaging them after a few months go by and they keep telling me the same story that they have not received the product from their supplier and for me to keep waiting. This is insane. Its been over half a year! I didnt want to write this bad review but they left me no choice and people should know what they can expect when preodering from zatu.

I am waiting for my order, which I placed almost three months ago. Everything should be in stock. But after two messages, the only answer is that it is in a different warehouse. I am very unhappy I don't have the stuff I paid for the event...

Normally fantastic service, however I must highlight this, I've placed an order a month ago, for frostgrave books, all items showing +3 in stock, after the ETA lapsed, I reached out, and was promptly informed they were at another warehouse, and would be dispatched shortly, I left it another week, their stock still showing +3 in stock for all, no change, I've since been advised it was escalated to management, week later and nothing, the prompt replies have stopped too....very disappointing for what has been a fantastic experience to this point, Zatu please review your stock lines for frostgrave product, it is misleading to customers!!! I'm still waiting for your dispatch notification
