“I ordered 2 Dominion Rising Sun games , one after the other but to be delivered to different addresses, they cancelled my second order as a duplicate order and put a refund in to return to my account. I emailed them back explaining I did require both sets and they were going to different addresses and need them to arrive on the same day, they replied to say they had reordered the second set and put faster delivery non free off charge to say sorry for the mistake and would look at how to Stop this mistake happening again. Great customer service.”

“Excellent service once again! On this occasion, one of the games arrived with a missing board (through no fault of Zatu). They promptly replaced the game free of charge, which was hugely appreciated. The true test of a company is how they handle things when something goes wrong, and Zatu dealt with it brilliantly. I was thoroughly impressed and delighted with the service I received.”
