“Great selection of games, fantastic advice and extremely quick and reliable delivery, you want more? You get loyalty points you can spend on more games, the perfect online store, in my opinion.”

“Ordered an A grade item from the outlet and the game case was litterally in peices. This is what Zatu customer care team deem as acceptable 'cosmetic' damage and would not allow me to return without charge. Lots of other FLGS out there. I'll be supporting them in future.”

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the condition of your outlet purchase. Our outlet items are heavily discounted to reflect cosmetic imperfections, which can include damage to outer packaging such as the game box or case. As outlined in our terms and conditions, outlet items are sold as final sale and are not eligible for free returns unless the contents themselves are faulty or incomplete. That said, we understand that perceptions of “acceptable” cosmetic damage can vary, and we’re sorry that this did not meet your expectations on this occasion. We appreciate you sharing your experience, as feedback like this helps us review how we describe outlet item conditions more clearly. You can email team@zatu.co.uk with your details and the reference number 6589, and we’ll get this resolved as quickly as possible. Kind regards, Team Zatu Games
