“Overall great experience with fast shipping. I ordered a pair of McQueen sandals and they arrived at my doorstep in less than a week (international shipping). Everything was as expected and I received regular updates throughout the process. I’ll definitely order from Zap again.”

“After waiting for 2 days and wasting a days holiday, I am still waiting for my c.£300 sweatshirt to be delivered. Apparently it has been lost en route, but nobody seems to know anything despite stressing that I needed the item for yesterday as it was a present. Now I have received this request from ZAP asking me to write a review?? Appalling service. I would be wary of buying anything from this company again.”
